Boutique Hotel Atrium Muenchen, Munich

I had a delightful stay at the hotel with beautiful views of the church and snowy mountains from my room. The room was so cozy and comfortable that I even slept with the balcony door open in the middle of winter to enjoy the warmth. The spacious layout and comfortable bed made my stay even more relaxing, and everything worked perfectly.

I stayed at this hotel and it was a mixed experience. The room had a unique design with a staircase bulkhead over the bed which was interesting, but it lacked air conditioning. Despite facing the busy street with shops and houses, the room was spacious enough. The service was a bit intrusive with staff knocking on the door, but overall, they were kind and friendly, especially during breakfast. The location was convenient, being near the station and restaurants, although it lacked a true German feel. The dining experience was good with a variety of choices, but it came at an extra cost. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs in terms of comfort and service.

The hotel facilities are satisfactory, catering to various needs with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry services, welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance available.

I chose the BW Atrium Hotel for its convenient location near the city center and the comfortable and modern rooms. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to assist me. The dining options were excellent, although a bit pricey. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and interesting to explore.
